NDA leaders cheered fresh projections as Bihar exit polls indicated a clear edge. Union Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi thanked voters and praised six HAM candidates, calling them “six bullets in a sixer.” In his post, he repeated that Bihar exit polls reflect public trust. He framed each “bullet” as a strike on jungle raj, fear and bias, corruption, Dalit oppression, crime, and hatred. He said the NDA would drive development.

Manjhi’s metaphor sparked talk across Patna. He told supporters the numbers validated months of coalition work and booth-level reach. HAM leader Santosh Suman said the alliance could cross exit poll ranges with a bigger margin.

Major surveys forecast an NDA majority in the 243-seat Assembly. Estimates varied: Dainik Bhaskar put NDA at 145–160 seats; People’s Insight 133–148; People’s Pulse 133–159; JVC 135–150; Polstrat 133–148; Chanakya 130–138; P-Mark 142–162. Most showed the Grand Alliance trailing and Jan Suraj near zero to a few seats.

While final counting remains, NDA managers pushed a victory message and thanked first-time voters. Opposition parties rejected the numbers and urged supporters to wait for results. For now, Manjhi’s one-liner carries the day: six bullets, one sixer, and a promise to keep Bihar’s scoreboard moving. With confidence.

The campaign for the Bihar Assembly elections has entered its final and most intense phase. Both the NDA and the Grand Alliance are confident about their victory. However, the latest survey highlights a clear edge for the NDA, led by Nitish Kumar. Opinion polls conducted by IANS and Materise predict that the NDA will secure between 153 and 164 seats in the Bihar elections.

The key focus of this survey is also on PK’s Jansuraj in Bihar elections. Political strategist Prashant Kishor’s new party, Jansuraj, has drawn attention with its large-scale outreach. Yet, according to the survey, PK’s Jansuraj in Bihar elections may win only one to three seats and gain around 4% of the total vote share. The party is contesting 238 out of 243 seats, but Kishor himself is not contesting, focusing instead on campaigning for his candidates.

While NDA appears comfortably ahead, the survey suggests the Grand Alliance faces an uphill battle. Jansuraj’s performance will be closely watched as it marks the party’s debut in the Bihar political arena.
