According to India’s NOTAM, the closure will remain effective till 2359 hours (UTC) on October 23, which is 5:30 a.m. IST on October 24. This means Pakistan-registered aircraft will not have access to Indian airspace until then.

A NOTAM is an aviation notice that provides critical information for personnel involved in flight operations. With both India and Pakistan issuing simultaneous notices, normal air traffic between the two countries remains suspended.
