Shivanand Tiwari Advice to Tejashwi Yadav has once again stirred debate in Bihar politics. Tiwari said Tejashwi must stay active in public life, especially after the recent political setbacks. He stressed that victory and defeat are natural, but the real test lies in how leaders respond.
Tiwari repeated that Shivanand Tiwari Advice to Tejashwi Yadav is meant to lift the morale of RJD workers who feel ignored after the loss.

In a long social media post, Tiwari recalled that Tejashwi married on the same day his granddaughter did. He also shared memories of congratulating him despite being distant from the Lalu family. Tiwari said Tejashwi should meet people across Bihar, not as a boss but as a worker.

He added that a defeated leader’s role is bigger than the winner’s, as he must keep supporters motivated. Tiwari criticised Tejashwi for disappearing after the election instead of standing with party workers. He also warned him about relying too much on close aides who “blindfolded” him.

Tiwari advised Tejashwi to return to the field immediately and reconnect with people, saying time never waits.

The party has almost completed its internal discussions, and the final list is expected within the next few days. According to BJP State President Damu Naik, nearly 80% of the candidates will be new faces.

Naik said the party wants to promote workers who have stayed loyal to the organisation. He stressed that the BJP is selecting candidates from its own cadre, especially those who have consistently worked at the grassroots level. The leadership believes this approach will strengthen the party’s reach and reduce the risk of candidates switching to rival parties.

The Goa ZP Polls Candidate Announcement also reflects the BJP’s strategy to inject fresh energy into local leadership. With the polls approaching, the party hopes that new candidates with strong ground connections will help secure better results.

Naik added that the candidate-selection process will finish in the next two to three days. The BJP aims to release the complete list soon so that candidates can begin campaigning without delay.

The BRS cadre have raised strong concerns over the inaccessibility of party chief K. Chandrashekar Rao. During the Telangana agitation, KCR stayed among people and leaders without restrictions. After becoming Chief Minister, he distanced himself from grassroots workers. Even after losing power two years ago, he stayed in his Erravalli farmhouse and avoided public meetings. Only senior leaders gained access, leaving second-level leaders deeply dissatisfied.

A similar situation has been reported around working president K.T. Rama Rao. Party members claim that a select group controls his appointments. Workers believe that only those close to this group secure meetings with KTR. Many leaders feel ignored despite their long association with the party. The perception of an isolated leadership has created unrest among lower-level cadres.

Party workers say they travel from districts to Telangana Bhavan but return without meeting senior leaders. They believe interaction with KCR or KTR would give them confidence. With local body elections approaching, they expect both leaders to become more accessible. Many feel the party’s future depends on better communication with grassroots workers.

The BRS continues to face defeats in recent elections, including the Jubilee Hills bypoll. Workers say strong local leadership is essential for improving results in the coming civic polls.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi continues to lead the national political wave. The BJP recorded a historic victory in Bihar, winning more than 80 percent of seats, against predictions. However, the party failed to repeat this performance in Telangana. BJP could not secure even a respectable vote share in the recent by-election and received fewer votes compared to the 2023 Assembly polls. Analysts say BJP leaders in Telangana are focusing mainly on Lok Sabha elections.

BJP secured eight MP seats after aggressive campaigning and strong mobilisation. It later won two MLC seats, but critics allege political deals with BRS. The party’s vote share dropped significantly in the Jubilee Hills by-election. BJP could not retain its earlier vote count of 25,000 and secured only 17,000 votes. Political analysts said this result exposed weak strategy and poor candidate planning.

The Telangana BJP is also facing internal divisions. Leaders are reportedly split into different groups with no strong coordinator. Conflicts between MPs, MLAs and central observers continue. Lack of unity is affecting public confidence. Analysts also say BJP national leaders are not prioritising Telangana despite potential growth in the state.

The delay in appointing a full-time state president also created dissatisfaction in the party. Cadre expressed disappointment after appointing Rancheander Rao, stating that he lacks mass following and public appeal. Concerns are growing that BJP may face more setbacks if leadership issues continue.

Kavya met TDP state president Palla Srinivasa Rao to discuss the issue and clarify her stance. The meeting followed a tense incident during the funeral of TDP senior leader and Agro Industries Development Corporation Chairman Malepati Subbannaidu on October 30.

According to sources, some of Subbannaidu’s supporters confronted the MLA at the event. They accused her of troubling the late leader earlier. The crowd shouted “Go Back” slogans, forcing Kavya Krishna Reddy to leave midway. TDP president Palla Srinivasa Rao was also present when the situation unfolded.

After complaints from local TDP members in Kavali, the leadership called Kavya to explain the situation. Following the meeting, sources said she presented her version of events and assured full cooperation with the party’s inquiry.

Anantapur: Since the formation of the coalition government, several controversies have emerged. These issues are mainly due to the actions of MLAs. Their mistakes continue unabated. The problems are not caused by government decisions but by the actions of party members. This has hurt both the party’s and government’s reputation. From North Andhra to Rayalaseema, many MLAs are disregarding party guidelines. They act arrogantly, treating their constituencies as personal domains. This behavior is damaging to the TDP.

In the past, MLAs, especially under the leadership of Chandrababu Naidu, followed ethical standards, avoiding involvement in corruption or illegal activities. They helped constituents when necessary and earned their respect. However, the current scenario is different, with many MLAs involved in illegal businesses like sand mining and liquor trade within their constituencies. Some even flaunt their influence and power.

This behavior has made it difficult for the leadership to control them. Naidu has started reviewing the performance of MLAs, and many may face suspension. While warnings are being given, discussions within the party suggest that several MLAs may not secure tickets in the upcoming elections, especially after Naidu sidelined senior leaders last time. Party workers also share this sentiment, meaning these MLAs will likely only face warnings for now, with any real action taking place during the elections.
