Kishor accused five NDA leaders—Samrat Choudhary, Mangal Pandey, Ashok Choudhary, Dilip Jaiswal, and Sanjay Jaiswal—of corruption. He said Ashok Choudhary bought a Lok Sabha ticket for his daughter Sambhavi by paying money to LJP-R. Sambhavi later became an MP from Samastipur. Kishor also claimed Ashok Choudhary purchased land in Patna worth ₹38 crore and built benami assets of ₹200 crore in just two years.

Ashok Choudhary rejected the charges. He said his daughter used her own income to buy the land and mentioned it in her affidavit. He also sent a ₹100 crore defamation notice to Kishor and called the claims false.
