He claimed these entries belonged to illegal settlers and had influenced past elections. JDU leaders believe this move will bring transparency and fairness to future polls.

The party added that political groups depending on illegal votes will struggle in upcoming elections. JDU leaders said genuine voters will now decide the state’s future.

During the rally, Prime Minister Modi criticized the Mamata Banerjee government over law and order, corruption, and illegal immigration. He urged citizens to support leadership focused on development and national security.
