The Begusarai fraud woman sub inspector arrested in Bihar lived in a rented house in Barahi Aghu. She claimed she worked at the local court. She used a fake police uniform, forged ID cards, and badges to win people’s trust.

Residents grew suspicious when she started demanding money in the name of police work. They informed the police. Officers raided her house and recovered fake police items.

During questioning, she admitted that she created fear to collect money for personal gain. Police registered cases of fraud, impersonation, and illegal collection.

Officials said she may have extorted over ₹1 lakh from several victims. The accused remains in custody, and police continue their investigation.
