The campaign seeks to raise awareness about alleged flaws and corruption in the voting system.

The party aims to collect five lakh signatures, which will be sent to the President of India and the Election Commission. Congress President Rajesh Kumar has directed district heads, block officials, and grassroots leaders to lead the campaign and reach five crore households. He emphasized that the campaign is not political but aims to strengthen democracy.

The campaign follows the voter rights initiative led by Rahul Gandhi, covering 25 districts in Bihar. Congress now focuses on educating the public about voting system flaws. Local leaders are visiting homes to engage with citizens directly. They will send daily progress reports to national and state leadership.

Following him is Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu, who has assets worth ₹332 crore. Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy ranks seventh with assets totaling ₹30 crore.

On the other end of the spectrum, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has declared the lowest assets among all CMs, valued at only ₹15 lakh.
