]]> Pawan Kalyan’s They Call Him OG, directed by Sujeeth, continues to perform strongly at the box office. According to trade analyst Sacnilk.com, the film has crossed ₹121 crore in just three days, solidifying its position as one of Pawan Kalyan’s biggest hits. The film also stars Emraan Hashmi, making his Telugu debut, alongside Priyanka Mohan.

On Saturday, OG earned an estimated ₹18.5 crore net in India, taking its total domestic collection to ₹121.7 crore. The film’s premiere shows, priced at ₹1000 in Andhra Pradesh and ₹800 in Telangana, contributed around ₹21 crore, with other regions also seeing higher ticket rates. Its opening day on Friday had already recorded ₹63.75 crore net.

While the film saw a drop of around 70% on its second day, collecting ₹18.45 crore, its worldwide earnings, including premieres, have reached ₹171 crore in two days. Most of the revenue comes from the Telugu market, while Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi versions have collected moderately. Saturday recorded 42.08% occupancy for the Telugu version, and box office watchers are keen to see the numbers over the first weekend.

They Call Him OG Review:

Hindustan Times noted that They Call Him OG serves as a tribute to Pawan Kalyan’s stardom but cautioned that the story feels familiar. The review highlighted the post-credit scene, hinting at more layers to the character Ojas Gambheera.

About the Film:

Produced by DVV Danayya and Kalyan Dasari under DVV Entertainment, the film features Pawan Kalyan in the titular role of Ojas Gambheera, a retired gangster forced back into action. Emraan Hashmi plays the antagonist Omi Bhau, with Priyanka Mohan, Arjun Das, Sriya Reddy, and Prakash Raj in supporting roles. Thaman S has composed the music.
