According to reports, the Banka Death News incident happened when the youth walked close to the railway track while listening to music on earphones. He did not hear the train coming.

The train hit him near Tara Mandir halt. He died at the spot.

The victim was Nitish Kumar. He lived in Baja village under Amarpur police station in Banka district.

Local residents quickly gathered at the site and informed the police. Officers reached the spot and started the investigation. The accident again shows the danger of using earphones near railway tracks.

The victim was identified as Narendra Giri, a retired employee from the block office. He lived near Jehanabad Court with his wife after retirement. According to eyewitnesses, he attempted to cross the tracks when a Vande Bharat Express approached at high speed. At the same time, another passenger train was coming from the opposite direction, which created confusion on the track.

The fast-moving train struck him, causing his death on the spot. The impact was so strong that parts of the body fell beneath a nearby bridge onto the road below.

Police reached the scene after receiving information and started an investigation. The body was sent to the sadar hospital for post-mortem, and later the family members identified it.

The victims were identified as Prince Kumar (24) and Rohit Kumar (22), sons of Madan Shah. They had left home early in the morning to harvest mustard crops in their field located across the railway line. To reach the farmland, they had to cross the DDU–Gaya rail section and the Dedicated Freight Corridor track.

While crossing the DFCCL track, a speeding goods train hit them. Both brothers died on the spot, leaving the family and villagers in deep shock.

Local residents quickly informed the police. Officers reached the site, completed formal procedures, and sent the bodies to Bhabua Sadar Hospital for post-mortem.

Villagers say several accidents have occurred on this freight corridor since high-speed goods trains began operating. Many people remain unaware of the danger while crossing the track.
