Deputy Commissioner Rajesh Dhiman launched the soft rollout at the Tehsil Office in the District Administrative Complex. He reviewed the progress and discussed improvements with officials. His instructions stressed quick service and on-the-spot registration without delays.

The district has already completed 498 EG registries. Officials recorded 206 registries in Bathinda, 86 in Nathana and 15 in Goniana. Maur completed 38, while Rampura reached 40. Talwandi Sabo conducted 53, Balianwali recorded 50 and Bhagta Bhaika and Sangat completed 5 each.

During the visit, the Deputy Commissioner spoke directly with citizens waiting for their registrations. Many people said the process felt smooth and free from any delay or bribe. Their feedback encouraged the staff to keep the system transparent.

He also urged the public to support the office teams so that services run efficiently. Tehsildar Kuldeep Singh, DSM Loveneet and other officers joined him during the inspection.
