Gold plating work is underway at the Yadadri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple. Sixty kilograms of gold is being used for the main tower. Of this, 25 kilograms came from temple storage and 35 kilograms came through donations. The government will bear ₹8 crore for manufacturing and fixing charges. The work is expected to be completed before the upcoming Brahmotsavams.

Proposals were submitted for a Veda school on 17 acres at a cost of ₹43.79 crore. The government also decided to acquire 101 acres for guest houses. New development works worth ₹76 crore were approved for the Vemulawada temple. Funds were allotted for the annadanam centre and for beautification of the temple surroundings.

Bhadrachalam temple received ₹60.20 crore for land acquisition. Warangal’s Bhadrakali temple was allotted ₹30 crore for mada streets. Kodavatoor and Kurumuri temples also received funds for expansion. Several projects, including roads, mandapams, and guest houses, are progressing across multiple districts.

The project grew under the leadership of Baba Satnam Singh from the Kar Seva Jatha Kila Anandgarh Sahib. He and his team prepared the road before the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur. The group widened, levelled, and metalled the road in one year and nine months. They built bridges and ensured smooth travel for devotees heading to major religious sites such as Takht Sri Kesgarh Sahib, Mata Naina Devi Temple, and Kiratpur Sahib.

Villagers contributed labour, materials, and even private land. They understood the need for a better route. Many families offered parts of their fields to help complete the project. The Jatha also announced compensation at four times the registered value to support landowners.

The unique “Seva Toll” allows travellers to donate any amount. Local MLA and Punjab Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains also extended support, which increased public participation.

This road now stands as a symbol of faith, teamwork, and determination.
