Developed by the Odisha Housing and Urban Development Department, the project promises hassle-free purchasing. Since the state acts as the builder and marketer, buyers avoid the usual legal and approval concerns that often arise in private real-estate ventures. Officials say customers will receive necessary certificates without delays.

H&UD Minister Krushna Chandra Mohapatra stated that the government aims to keep pricing affordable while maintaining modern facilities. More than 700 flats, including 2BHK and 3BHK units, will soon be allotted after final cost calculations conclude.

Named Ekamra Residency, the residential complex spans 7.36 acres and consists of three towers. NCC Company from Hyderabad constructed the project, and workers are currently completing elevators and finishing touches. The complex offers amenities such as a rooftop swimming pool, walking track, fitness centre, commercial zone, landscaped areas, community hall, solar panel zone, children’s play area, basement parking and a 100-feet approach road.

Homebuyers now eagerly await the official allotment announcement.
