Warring shared the stage with senior leaders Charanjit Singh Channi, Partap Singh Bajwa, Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, and Pargat Singh. Their presence highlighted party unity and strength against rivals.

Targeting the AAP government, the Punjab Congress chief alleged that the recent floods were a man-made disaster. He said the state failed to release water from dams on time despite rain warnings. He also blamed the Centre for ignoring preventive measures, adding that both AAP and BJP betrayed Punjab.

Pargat Singh called the flood crisis part of a “political conspiracy,” while Channi accused AAP of record-level corruption.

Earlier, Warring visited Pargat Singh’s residence, signaling peace after reports of differences. He later posted that both leaders are focused on strengthening Congress at the grassroots.
