										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma on Tuesday launched the Rajasthan AI-ML Policy 2026 in Jaipur. He inaugurated the Rajasthan Regional AI Impact Conference 2026 at JECC. The event marked a major step toward building a strong digital ecosystem in the state.</p>
<p>The Chief Minister also launched the National AI Literacy Programme, iStart Learning Management System, Rajasthan AI Portal, and the AVGC-XR Portal. Sharma said technology, when used responsibly, shapes the future. He added that Rajasthan aims to become a centre for AI innovation, investment, and good governance.</p>
<p>The Rajasthan AI-ML Policy 2026 will strengthen e-governance and improve public service delivery. The policy promotes ethical, transparent, and secure use of artificial intelligence. It focuses on data protection, cyber security, and bias reduction in AI systems. The state will also set up an AI Centre of Excellence.</p>
<p>AI education will expand from schools to colleges, ITIs, and polytechnics. Each department will appoint an AI nodal officer to explore practical use cases. Special training programmes will support students, teachers, government staff, startups, MSMEs, and researchers.</p>
<p>The conference also showcased holographic technology for live MOU signings with Google, IIT Delhi, and NLU Jodhpur. These partnerships will boost AI research, skilling, and real-world applications in Rajasthan.</p>

The event was organised at the Future City campus spread across 100 acres in Maheshwaram, Rangareddy district. Senior leaders, ministers, public representatives and global delegates attended the opening session.</p>
<p data-start="639" data-end="947">Representatives from <strong data-start="660" data-end="676">44 countries</strong> and over <strong data-start="686" data-end="716">2,000 distinguished guests</strong> were present. The summit venue was designed with modern facilities to host discussions on development and investment. Several international organisations and business leaders joined the event to explore opportunities in Telangana.</p>
<p data-start="949" data-end="1250">Before the official inauguration, Chief Minister <strong data-start="998" data-end="1015">Revanth Reddy</strong> unveiled the digital statue of Telangana Thalli. Andhra Pradesh officials focused on showcasing investment opportunities, industrial policies, and growth-ready sectors. <p data-start="656" data-end="1068">The Andhra Pradesh government signed 400 MoUs with multiple global and Indian companies on Day 1. Leaders announced that the proposed projects could bring an estimated ₹11,91,972 crore investment into the state. Officials also said the deals could create nearly 13 lakh direct and indirect job opportunities across industries, including manufacturing, technology, energy, logistics, food processing, and tourism.</p>
<p data-start="1070" data-end="1372">The government planned several sector-based sessions during the second day of the summit. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p data-start="280" data-end="609">Telangana has secured the second position in India for job creation in the IT &amp; Communication and real estate sectors, according to the NITI Aayog’s Service Sector Employment Report 2023–24. The state contributed 12% of total jobs in IT &amp; Communication and 13% in real estate, while Karnataka topped both categories nationwide.</p>
<p data-start="611" data-end="945">The report also ranked Telangana among the top 10 states in financial services, real estate, ownership dwelling, professional services, and other key service sectors. The state stood ninth in financial services, sixth in real estate, seventh in trade and repair, ninth in hotels and restaurants, and eighth in transport and storage.</p>
<p data-start="947" data-end="1221">Telangana’s service sector contributes nearly 60% to its economy, reflecting a digitally driven model centred around Hyderabad’s IT and startup ecosystem. Real estate and professional services alone account for 34.1%, driven by innovation corridors and rapid urban growth<a href="https://www.indiapodcast.com/">.</a></p>
<p data-start="1223" data-end="1463">Trade and hospitality sectors grew 20.8% in 2023–24, indicating post-pandemic recovery. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p data-start="188" data-end="418">Dubai has reaffirmed its commitment to hosting world-class startups in the <strong data-start="263" data-end="295">artificial intelligence (AI)</strong> sector, including those from <strong data-start="325" data-end="340">South Korea</strong>, according to a senior official from the <strong data-start="382" data-end="415">Dubai Future Foundation (DFF)</strong>.</p>
<p data-start="420" data-end="752"><strong data-start="420" data-end="439">Saeed Al Falasi</strong>, Executive Director of DFF, shared the vision during a group interview at the <strong data-start="518" data-end="558">Expand North Star startup exhibition</strong> on Sunday. He praised South Korea’s innovation in AI and emphasized Dubai’s goal of fostering global collaboration in emerging technologies such as AI, blockchain, and the Internet of Things.</p>
<p data-start="754" data-end="1043">Al Falasi said the foundation promotes the concept of a <strong data-start="810" data-end="836">“commercial diplomat,”</strong> which offers state-level support to startups for greater global access and partnerships. He highlighted ongoing collaboration with the <strong data-start="972" data-end="1013">National Research Foundation of Korea</strong> as part of this initiative<a href="https://www.indiapodcast.com/">.</a></p>
<p data-start="1045" data-end="1369">In September, DFF also signed a <strong data-start="1077" data-end="1114">memorandum of understanding (MoU)</strong> with the <strong data-start="1124" data-end="1175">Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA)</strong> to boost cooperation between South Korean startups and UAE government entities. <p data-start="531" data-end="893">Trifecta Capital, which has backed successful startups like <strong data-start="591" data-end="608">Captain Fresh</strong> and <strong data-start="613" data-end="630">Battery Smart</strong>, will offer venture debt to select startups at the <strong data-start="682" data-end="711">Series A stage and beyond</strong>. This funding follows a growing demand for venture debt in India’s startup ecosystem, helping companies access working capital and capital expenditure without any equity dilution.</p>
<p data-start="895" data-end="1258">Farid Fezoua, <strong data-start="909" data-end="960">IFC Global Director for Disruptive Technologies</strong>, stated, “Providing flexible, cost-effective funding options like venture debt is essential for India’s economic growth and job creation.” This is not IFC’s first move in supporting India’s growth, as the agency previously invested <strong data-start="1193" data-end="1209">$137 million</strong> to boost the country’s electric bus ecosystem.</p>
<p data-start="1260" data-end="1499">Rahul Khanna, Managing Partner at Trifecta Capital, emphasized that the partnership with IFC will help the firm back transformative companies with flexible, founder-friendly capital, focusing on climate and sustainability-led innovation.</p>
<p data-start="1501" data-end="1604">In January, Trifecta made the first close of its fourth fund, targeting a size of <strong data-start="1583" data-end="1601">Rs 2,000 crore</strong><a href="https://www.indiapodcast.com/">.</a></p>

The hub has been created to encourage new ideas, support young entrepreneurs, and help startups grow in the state.</p>
<p>Speaking at the event, Chandrababu Naidu said that this Innovation Hub will help students, researchers, and startups turn their ideas into real businesses. He explained that <strong>Andhra Pradesh has a lot of talent and potential in technology, science, and industry,</strong> and RTIH will act as a platform to use that talent in the right way.</p>
<p>The hub will provide modern facilities, expert guidance, and support to startups. It will also connect universities, industries, and investors so that <strong>young people get more opportunities to succeed<a href="https://www.indiapodcast.com/">.</a></strong></p>
<p>The Chief Minister said he believes this center will motivate thousands of youth to create solutions for important sectors like farming, healthcare, manufacturing, and digital services.
