Benchmarks for the region will be set against global city regions, identifying key stakeholders and strategic strengths like education, IT, tourism, and manufacturing. Growth drivers such as global capacity centres, green energy, and industrial clusters will be prioritized, with market size estimates for each sector.

Pune’s rapid growth, fueled by dominant sectors like IT, automobiles, healthcare, and tourism, has created urbanization pressures, including rising water demand and waste management challenges.
