Party workers say they travel from districts to Telangana Bhavan but return without meeting senior leaders. They believe interaction with KCR or KTR would give them confidence. With local body elections approaching, they expect both leaders to become more accessible. Many feel the party’s future depends on better communication with grassroots workers.

The BRS continues to face defeats in recent elections, including the Jubilee Hills bypoll. Workers say strong local leadership is essential for improving results in the coming civic polls.

KTR recalled that on September 12, 2011, during the Karimnagar Jana Garjana, BRS chief K. Chandrashekar Rao (KCR) gave the call for the mass strike, which was met with overwhelming participation across Telangana.
