KTR said the Chief Minister’s tours failed to influence voters. Instead, rural voters showed clear anger at the government. He pointed out that Congress could not cross even 44 percent of the seats it contested. Therefore, he argued that the results proved people were unhappy with Revanth Reddy’s administration. He added that the BJP still lacked real strength in Telangana, while BRS remained the main alternative.

He further said villagers realised that development had stalled under Congress rule. Many candidates of the ruling party lost by narrow margins, and that, according to him, reflected public frustration. Additionally, he stated that villagers expected better progress but saw no improvement during the last two years. Consequently, the ruling party faced a setback in rural regions.

KTR said voters remembered the unfulfilled guarantees. Farmers, he noted, struggled with urea shortages and low crop prices. Pension delays, Mahalakshmi issues, and bonus promises also created distrust. Ultimately, he said these problems pushed rural voters toward BRS.
