Neeraj Kumar said that if Tejashwi had the courage, he should ask for voting instead of letting the motion pass through a voice vote. However, the opposition did not request a formal vote during the Samrat Choudhary Floor Test, and the Speaker declared the trust motion passed by voice vote.

The JD(U) leader claimed that a vote division could expose divisions within the RJD. According to him, some RJD legislators might not support the party if a proper vote took place in the House.

Political observers linked the tension to earlier cross-voting during recent parliamentary elections, where several opposition legislators reportedly did not follow the party line.

The NDA currently holds a strong majority in the 243-member Bihar Assembly, while the opposition continues to question the government’s political strategy.
