Arushi highlighted that cinema shapes the thinking of the younger generation. She said Uttarakhand’s stories, folklore, and cultural narratives must rise from small towns and reach national and global platforms. According to her, the youth are more aware and eager to express their roots through creative mediums.

She emphasized the importance of empowering new talent, uplifting local artists, and giving work opportunities to regional technicians. Expanding film production beyond major metros, she said, boosts the local economy and builds a stronger creative ecosystem.

Arushi added that cinema is not only entertainment but also a tool of influence, responsibility, and social change. Films have the power to inspire, educate, and transform society when used with purpose. Her vision aims to position Uttarakhand as a vibrant hub for meaningful storytelling.
