]]> YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, former Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister, accused N Chandrababu Naidu of taking credit for Hyderabad’s IT growth and the Visakhapatnam Google-Adani Data Centre. He said YSRCP and YS Rajasekhara Reddy started these projects, not Naidu.

Jagan highlighted Hyderabad’s IT boom under YSR from 2004 to 2009. Projects like the Outer Ring Road, PVNR Expressway, and GMR International Airport were completed then. IT exports rose from ₹5,660 crore in 2003-04 to ₹32,509 crore in 2008-09. Telangana’s IT exports now stand at ₹2 lakh crore, built on YSR and KCR’s legacy.

He clarified that the Google-Adani Data Centre began in 2020 when his government allotted land for a 300 MW facility in Visakhapatnam. The subsea cable connecting Singapore and Visakhapatnam also started under YSRCP. The project included collaboration with the Centre, Singapore, and Adani Group.

Jagan said his government created a full ecosystem with 25,000 jobs, IT parks, skill colleges, and recreation centers. He added that Naidu only publicized these projects but did not initiate them. The foundation, he stressed, was built by YSRCP.

]]> YSR Congress Party leader and former Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy will visit his home constituency to honor his late father, YS Rajasekhar Reddy, on his death anniversary. On September 1, he will be at the Bakarapeta camp office in the afternoon as part of the remembrance events.

His tour will continue in Pulivendula on September 2 and 3, where he will interact with local residents and attend multiple programs. On September 2, Jagan will pay respects at YSR Ghat and later participate in the Jal Harathi ceremony at Ambakapalli Gangammakunta.

After completing the visit, he will return to the Tadepalli camp office to meet party workers and constituents. These visits aim to commemorate YSR’s legacy, strengthen his bond with the people, and highlight developmental initiatives that reflect his father’s vision of public service.
