The Telangana Crime Investigation Department (CID) has busted a major online gambling network operating across Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Punjab. Eight operators running the illegal betting sites were arrested during the operation.
Officials revealed that the suspects managed six mobile apps — Taj0077, Fairply.live, Andhra365, Vlbook, Telugu365, and Yes365. These platforms lured thousands of users to place bets, causing significant financial losses.
CID teams conducted raids across the three states, seizing servers, digital storage units, and other hardware containing crucial data on the illegal transactions. Investigators believe the arrested operators handled local activities, while the main masterminds likely operate from abroad. Authorities are working to trace these international connections and identify the key players behind the network.
The CID has advised citizens to stay alert against online betting scams and report suspicious activity through cybercrime helplines. Further investigation is ongoing to track the financial trails and analyze the seized digital evidence.
