The Telangana government has distributed 89 double-bedroom houses to victims of atrocities belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC) and Scheduled Tribes (ST). The program was carried out at the Malkajgiri Commissionerate in Neredmet, Hyderabad.
Officials said the houses are built with modern facilities to improve the living conditions of families affected by social injustice. The beneficiaries expressed gratitude to the government for providing safe and secure homes.
This initiative is part of the State’s efforts to empower SC/ST communities, reduce social inequality, and promote welfare. Authorities highlighted that providing proper housing helps victims lead a better and more dignified life.
The government also assured that similar housing schemes will continue for marginalized communities, focusing on comfort, safety, and accessibility. The program reflects Telangana’s commitment to social justice and improving the quality of life for disadvantaged groups across the State.
