The TGIIC land auction received a massive response from real estate companies in Hyderabad. A prime commercial plot in Raidurg created history after it fetched a record Rs 237 crore per acre during the bidding process.
Officials said the TGIIC land auction attracted several leading developers because of the plot’s strategic location near the IT corridor. The government conducted the auction through a transparent online process, and competition remained intense till the final round.
The Raidurg land parcel covers around 3.7 acres and lies close to major business hubs in Hyderabad. Industry experts believe the record price reflects the growing demand for premium commercial land in the city.
The Telangana government expects the auction to boost investor confidence and increase revenue for infrastructure development. Real estate analysts also said Hyderabad continues to attract strong investments due to rapid urban growth and expanding IT operations
