Heavy Rush at Tirumala, Token Quotas Released

Tirumala Darshan Updates cover rush, waiting time, and TTD (Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam) token quotas for devotees.

The rush of devotees continues at Tirumala temple. According to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), all compartments are filled and the queue line stretches to Shila Toranam. Pilgrims without tokens already in the line may wait about 18 hours. However, new devotees entering now might need 20 to 24 hours for darshan.

TTD explained that Time Slot Token holders need only 4 to 6 hours for darshan. Meanwhile, devotees choosing the ₹300 Special Entry Darshan wait nearly 3 to 4 hours. On Wednesday, 68,213 devotees had darshan of Lord Venkateswara. Offerings in the Hundi touched ₹2.86 crore. In addition, 29,410 devotees offered hair tonsuring.

The Arjitha Seva quota for December opened online today at 10 a.m. Devotees can register for the electronic lucky dip until September 20, 10 a.m. However, winners must pay by September 22 afternoon. Furthermore, quotas for Kalyanotsavam, Unjal Seva, Arjitha Brahmotsavam, Sahasra Deepalankara Seva, and virtual services will open on September 22 at 3 p.m. Break darshan tickets under Srivani Trust become available on September 23 at 11 a.m. The same day, free darshan tokens for senior citizens, the chronically ill, and differently abled devotees will open at 3 p.m. On September 24, the ₹300 tickets release at 10 a.m., while accommodation bookings start at 3 p.m.
