Born in Muzaffarpur, Narayan moved abroad at a young age and later became a minister in the United Kingdom. He visited Patna to attend official events and interact with state leaders.
During his trip, he met leaders of Janata Dal (United) and held discussions on technology and innovation. He also met Sanjay Kumar Jha to talk about future cooperation in artificial intelligence and digital growth.
Narayan said Bihar is moving toward a strong technology-driven future. He plans to visit his hometown Muzaffarpur to reconnect with his roots.
