A woman shot in neck and thrown from car in Muzaffarpur was found seriously injured on Monday night, shocking local residents. The woman shot in neck and thrown from car in Muzaffarpur was discovered near the Darbhanga Four-Lane close to the Medical Overbridge around 11 pm.
Locals heard her cries and quickly informed the police. A patrol team reached the spot and rushed her to Sri Krishna Medical College and Hospital (SKMCH). Doctors said her condition remains critical.
Police identified the victim as a woman from Vaishali district. She told officers that she was travelling with a man when they had an argument inside the car. During the fight, the man allegedly shot her in the neck and pushed her out of the moving vehicle.
Police have started a search operation to arrest the accused. Officers are checking mobile phone records and CCTV footage to track him down.
