The RJD and other Grand Alliance parties questioned the Chief Electoral Officer about foreign infiltrators in the SIR list. They asked how many infiltrators were found so far. The parties said that if no such people were detected, the Election Commission must act against leaders who spread false claims in speeches.
The RJD also raised another issue. They said some officers linked to the election process were transferred under political pressure. The party gave a memorandum to the Chief Electoral Officer. It said that several officials were moved only 45 days after their last transfer.
At the meeting, RJD MPs Abhay Kushwaha and Sudhakar Singh, along with spokesperson Chittaranjan Gagan and Mukund Singh, called for strict action against leaders making personal or indecent remarks. The RJD said truth and fairness are needed to protect public trust during elections.
