Hyderabad: The internal dispute between Telangana Congress ministers has come to an end after Minister Ponnam Prabhakar apologized to Minister Adluri Lakshman. The reconciliation took place during a meeting chaired by TPCC chief Mahesh Goud, where both leaders agreed to put the controversy behind them for the sake of party unity.
Ponnam clarified that his earlier remarks were misinterpreted by some and reiterated that the welfare of the Congress Party remains his top priority. He emphasized that the Congress has always been a champion of social justice and equality. Following the discussion, both ministers shared a meal together, symbolizing the resolution of their differences.
Party sources described the meeting as cordial and productive, noting that the leadership’s timely intervention helped restore harmony within the cabinet and ensured the focus returned to governance and public service.
