CPM’s Frustration Over Seat-Sharing

Bihar seat-sharing crisis, CPM nomination Bihar 2025, Tejashwi Yadav alliance trouble

The CPI(M) has lost patience over the slow seat-sharing talks within the Grand Alliance for the 2025 Bihar elections. The party cleared two names—Ajay Kumar from Vibhutipur and Satyendra Yadav from Manjhi—for nomination. This move highlights the growing Bihar seat-sharing crisis among alliance partners.

The CPI(ML) rejected RJD’s offer of 19 seats and demanded 30. The VIP party also asked for 30 seats, increasing pressure on Tejashwi Yadav. Party sources say VIP may look for other options if ignored.

The CPI(M) feels the alliance talks are too slow. The CPI(ML) and VIP want more representation. These strong demands have blocked progress. The Bihar seat-sharing crisis now threatens the unity of the Grand Alliance.
