Vizianagaram: Andhra Pradesh Legislative Council Opposition Leader Botsa Satyanarayana made shocking allegations, claiming there was a conspiracy to eliminate him and other YSRCP leaders. Speaking to the media, Botsa said that the stage collapsed during the Sirimanotsavam of Goddess Pyditalli Ammavaru in Vizianagaram, where he and other leaders were present.
“By the grace of the Goddess, we escaped unharmed. But why was there an attempt to harm us?” he questioned. Botsa stated that he would bring the incident to the Governor’s attention and demanded a thorough investigation to uncover who was behind the alleged plot.
The incident has stirred political controversy in the region, with YSRCP leaders calling it a deliberate act, while officials are expected to examine whether there were security or structural lapses that led to the stage collapse.
