Tejashwi Yadav Files Nomination from Raghopur

Tejashwi Yadav Raghopur nomination

RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav has filed his nomination papers for the Raghopur seat, marking a key moment in the Bihar election campaign. He was joined by his father Lalu Prasad Yadav, mother Rabri Devi, and sister Misa Bharti at the Hajipur Collectorate. Tejashwi, who earlier won the seat in 2015 and 2020, drew large crowds of supporters.

Party leaders say Tejashwi Yadav will hold around 15 rallies daily across Bihar. As the face of the Grand Alliance, he remains the most popular figure in the opposition camp. His campaign aims to cover as many constituencies as possible to boost the RJD and its allies.

However, seat sharing within the Grand Alliance is still unresolved. While Congress seeks more than 60 seats, RJD is ready to part with 55. Despite the dispute, alliance members have begun distributing symbols to candidates.
