Tej Pratap’s Bihar Stand: Principles Over Power

Tej Pratap Yadav Bihar politics

Tej Pratap Yadav, the elder son of Lalu Prasad Yadav and president of Janshakti Janata Dal (JJD), has made a bold statement in Bihar politics. He said he would rather die than return to the RJD. Tej Pratap explained that he is not hungry for power. For him, principles and self-respect come first.

He was expelled from RJD for six years. After that, he started walking his own political path with confidence. He said, “True power comes from people’s blessings, not from party posts.” He also hit out at the NDA, BJP, and RSS, saying that the people of Bihar can now see through their false promises.

Talking about Prashant Kishor, he called him a businessman who runs political campaigns for money. Tej Pratap also spoke about Mahua, saying people still remember his work there as MLA. While filing his nomination, he carried his grandmother’s photo for blessings. He said his parents and brother Tejashwi will always have his blessings too.
