Anant Singh, a well-known leader from Mokama, has made a strong statement ahead of the Bihar Election 2025. He declared that if Nitish Kumar does not become the Chief Minister, he will resign as MLA even after winning. He also said he would completely quit politics, showing his full loyalty to Nitish Kumar.
In an interview, Anant Singh said that Nitish Kumar gave him a political identity and trusted him. “If Nitish Babu is not the Chief Minister, I will not sit on the MLA’s chair,” he said. Anant added that Nitish Kumar stands for development and stability in Bihar.
Responding to Prashant Kishor’s remark that Nitish Kumar’s time as CM is ending, Anant Singh replied sharply that there will never be another leader like Nitish Kumar in Bihar’s history.
Anant Singh is contesting from Mokama and said he focuses on honest work, not competition. “We have done everything from roads to water projects. This time, our work is our face,” he said.
