During the Bihar Assembly Election, Prime Minister Narendra Modi strongly criticized the RJD and Congress at a rally in Muzaffarpur. He said that these parties ruled Bihar for years but failed to develop it. According to him, the RJD and Congress are defined by Five Things — power, cruelty, bitterness, corruption, and misgovernance.
PM Modi said that where these parties exist, there is no peace or social harmony. Corruption and injustice dominate, and only a few families benefit while the poor continue to suffer. To make Bihar stronger, he said, the state needs industry, land, electricity, and law.
He praised the BJP-NDA government for improving Bihar’s image. New railway engines, dairy plants, leather and IT parks, and food industries are growing rapidly. Makhana is now being exported worldwide, showing Bihar’s progress.
PM Modi also mentioned that Nitish Kumar’s government has deposited ₹10,000 each into the accounts of 12.1 million mothers and sisters. He said the development of Bihar is essential for the growth of India.
