The party also promises free treatment up to ₹5 lakh and free education from KG to PG for poor families. New airports will come up in Patna, Darbhanga, Purnia, and Bhagalpur.
The India Alliance manifesto promises ₹2,000 monthly allowance for Jeevika women. Each family will get 200 free electricity units and one government job. It also promises ₹25 lakh health insurance for every citizen.
Both Bihar elections manifestos aim to attract voters with big promises — one through industrial progress, the other through welfare and support.
