The Ramnagar Assembly Seat Result 2025 is drawing major attention as counting continues in West Champaran, Bihar. Voters sealed their choice in EVMs yesterday, and the Ramnagar Assembly Seat Result 2025 will confirm whether BJP’s Nandkishore Ram or RJD’s Subodh Paswan wins this seat. Counting of postal ballots started at 8:00 a.m., while EVM counting began at 8:30 a.m.
The Election Commission expects the first trends by 9:00 a.m., and the first official round of counting will be released at 9:30 a.m.
Ramnagar is one of Bihar’s 243 assembly seats. BJP replaced sitting MLA Bhagirathi Devi with Nandkishore Ram, who earlier worked with JDU. His main competitor is RJD’s Subodh Paswan, while BSP’s Aditya Kumar and a few independents are also contesting. BJP is believed to have a strong grassroots network here. After counting ends, the people’s final choice will become clear.
Ramnagar has seen 15 assembly elections. Congress dominated between 1967 and 1985 with six straight wins. In 1990, BJP emerged strongly and later won six consecutive elections till 2000.
