Anmol Bishnoi Safety Demand Grows Amid Extradition Uncertainty

Anmol Bishnoi Safety Demand

Anmol Bishnoi safety demand grows as his family and political leaders raise new concerns about his return to India. The Anmol Bishnoi safety demand also intensified after his cousin, Ramesh Bishnoi, urged the Central government to guarantee full protection once Anmol reaches India.

Ramesh said the family trusts the investigation agencies but fears for Anmol’s security. He claimed Anmol faces pressure only because he is Lawrence Bishnoi’s younger brother. “Our first priority is his safety. We respect the law and want the government to protect him when he arrives,” he said.

The situation escalated after Baba Siddique’s son, Zeeshan Siddique, revealed that he received an email from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security stating that federal authorities removed Anmol from the United States on November 18. Zeeshan demanded that the Central and Maharashtra governments bring Anmol back to Mumbai and question him in connection with his father’s murder.

Zeeshan said the family still waits for justice and wants the full conspiracy behind the killing to come out. Baba Siddique, a former Maharashtra minister, was shot in Bandra last year. His widow, Shehzeen Siddique, recently moved the Bombay High Court, seeking a court-monitored probe.
