Nitish Minister Osama Shahab Handshake created a surprising moment on the first day of the Bihar Assembly session. After taking his oath, Minister Jama Khan warmly greeted RJD MLA Osama Shahab. Jama Khan said that every member of the House is like a brother, whether from the ruling party or the opposition. He added that Nitish Kumar’s government works for everyone without discrimination.

Osama Shahab, son of former MP Shahabuddin, also took oath on the same day after winning from Raghunathpur. Later, as Osama was leaving, Jama Khan again met him and said, “Come home,” and Osama agreed. On the first day, 235 newly elected MLAs took oath, while seven could not attend. The pro tem speaker was sworn in at Raj Bhavan.
