Rajasthan CM Bhajanlal Sharma met ministers and BJP MLAs on Sunday and urged them to begin early preparation for the upcoming municipal and panchayat elections. He held the meeting at his residence and said the government has allocated budget for all 200 assembly constituencies in both state budgets. He stressed that public representatives must stay connected with people and focus on real needs.
Sharma told the leaders to engage more with workers and residents. He asked them to stay active in their constituencies and spread awareness about the government’s welfare schemes. He encouraged them to strengthen the organisation by adding new members and giving them meaningful responsibilities.
The Chief Minister highlighted the progress made in the last two years. He claimed that the BJP government has delivered more work in two years than the previous Congress government achieved in five. He said the opposition cannot respond to this direct comparison.
BJP state president Madan Rathore, Deputy CMs Diya Kumari and Dr. Premchand Bairwa, along with several ministers and MLAs, attended the meeting. The leaders approved a 15-day plan to showcase government achievements across Rajasthan.
