DMK Manifesto Committee Meets Stalin, Holds First Meeting at Anna Arivalayam
The DMK manifesto committee met party president and Chief Minister M.K. Stalin in Chennai on Monday and discussed key priorities for the upcoming elections. The interaction focused on public expectations, governance experience, and policy areas that require special attention in the party’s election document.

Following the meeting with Mr. Stalin, the committee held its first formal sitting at the DMK headquarters, Anna Arivalayam. Members deliberated on suggestions received from various party wings, experts, and the public. Issues related to social justice, welfare schemes, education, healthcare, employment, and economic development are expected to form the core of the manifesto.

Senior party leaders said the manifesto would reflect the DMK government’s achievements while outlining a future roadmap based on inclusive growth and equity. The committee is expected to hold a series of consultations with stakeholders across the State before finalising the document. The leadership emphasised that the manifesto should address grassroots concerns and aspirations of all sections of society.
