Siddipet: Harish Rao slams Revanth government after visiting Timmapur village, where two people, Mahesh (35) and Shravan Kumar (15), died of dengue. The former minister and Siddipet MLA met their families and launched a strong attack on the Chief Minister’s administration.
Harish Rao said nearly 40 villagers are still under treatment. He added that government hospitals lack facilities, and families are forced to take loans for private care. He recalled that during KCR’s rule, health drives created public confidence. Now, he said, trust in government healthcare has completely vanished.
The senior BRS leader directly blamed the Revanth government for negligence that caused the deaths. He also accused the state of ignoring panchayat secretaries, who are stuck in debt because funds are not being released.
Mocking the present situation, he said, “Bars are full of liquor, but hospitals have no medicines.” He further remarked that getting a bag of urea is as rare as winning a lottery. Harish Rao demanded that the Chief Minister stop giving speeches from Hyderabad and start focusing on real governance.
