RSSB Big Update OTR System has introduced a major change to strengthen transparency in recruitment examinations across Rajasthan. The Rajasthan Staff Selection Board has upgraded its One Time Registration system to curb document-related fraud reported in several recruitment drives. Under the new guidelines, candidates must upload all required documents while applying for any examination.

The board has made it mandatory to upload educational certificates, degrees, and other relevant documents at the time of OTR registration. Candidates who had completed OTR earlier without uploading documents will now be redirected automatically to the document details page before submitting any application. Without completing this step, the application process will not proceed.

Applicants can upload documents manually or through DigiLocker. Once DigiLocker access is granted, documents will be fetched automatically. If any document is missing, candidates can upload it manually on the portal.

For candidates selecting the “appearing” option in educational qualifications, submission of the previous year’s marksheet is mandatory. If results are pending but admission has been taken, the admission fee receipt must be uploaded. In cases where admission is not yet taken, a notarized affidavit declaring completion of qualification before the exam is required.

RSSB has clearly stated that unclear, edited, watermarked, or digitally altered documents will not be accepted. Candidates submitting such documents may be declared ineligible or debarred from future examinations.
