Haryana Expands Deen Dayal Lakshmi Yojana

Haryana Expands Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana to strengthen women empowerment across the state. As a result, over one lakh additional women will now receive direct financial assistance.

Haryana Expands Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana to support women from economically weaker families. Importantly, women from households earning up to ₹1 lakh annually will continue to receive ₹2,100 per month. Moreover, the government has not removed any existing beneficiary.

Meanwhile, the state has added three new categories to widen coverage. These categories now include families earning up to ₹1.80 lakh per year. However, benefits will apply to a maximum of three children per family.

Under the first category, mothers of government school students scoring over 80% in Class 10 or 12 will receive the assistance. Similarly, the second category covers mothers of children from Class 1 to 4 who achieve grade-level learning under the NIPUN Mission. In addition, the third category rewards mothers who help malnourished or anaemic children move to the Green Zone on the Poshan Tracker.

To ensure financial security, the government has changed the payment structure. Now, ₹1,100 will credit directly to the woman’s bank account. At the same time, ₹1,000 will go into a fixed or recurring deposit. Eventually, the savings will help meet future needs. If the beneficiary dies, the nominee will receive the full amount immediately.
