Amit Shah Seemanchal Visit reviewing border security in Bihar

Union Home Minister Amit Shah Seemanchal Visit began on Tuesday with a strong focus on border security and infiltration issues. During the Amit Shah Seemanchal Visit, he started his tour from Purnea and later reached Kishanganj to hold high-level meetings with district officials and security officers.

Shah plans to stay in the Seemanchal region for three days. He will review security arrangements in districts that share borders with Nepal and Bangladesh. Officials briefed him on infiltration concerns and cross-border movement.

In Araria, he will inspect border outposts and interact with security personnel. He will also chair review meetings with district magistrates and police superintendents to improve coordination among agencies.

On the final day, Shah will return to Purnea for another round of discussions before heading back to Delhi. The visit aims to strengthen border management and tighten surveillance in sensitive areas of Bihar.
