Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release funds under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme on March 13. Around 73.34 lakh farmers in Bihar will receive the benefit. The government will transfer about ₹1,467 crore directly to their bank accounts.
Bihar Agriculture Minister Ram Kripal Yadav shared this information. He said the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme supports farmers and improves their financial security. Each eligible farmer will get ₹2,000 in the latest installment.
The government gives ₹6,000 every year to farmer families under this scheme. It sends the money in three equal installments of ₹2,000.
Officials asked farmers to complete Aadhaar verification and link their bank accounts. This step helps them receive payments without delay.
Ram Kripal Yadav also urged farmers who have not registered yet to join the scheme soon. Registration will help them receive future benefits.
