The Patna bridge wall collapse in Danapur has triggered quick action from the Bihar government. The incident happened at an under-construction bridge in the Dhibra area under a local road project.

During the Patna bridge wall collapse, two workers got trapped under debris. Rescue teams pulled them out safely, though one suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital.

Minister Ramkripal Yadav said officials will investigate the cause of the collapse. He directed authorities to check if poor construction quality or negligence led to the accident. Strict action will be taken against those responsible, including contractors and officials.

Local residents have raised concerns about the construction quality. Some claimed workers used weak materials and lacked proper structural support. The project had reportedly started just a few weeks ago.

Authorities have assured that they will not ignore the issue and will take strong steps after the probe report.
