Andhra Pradesh’s first AP International Model School is ready to open in Nidamarru near Amaravati. The government developed the modern campus to provide rural students with corporate-level education facilities. The AP International Model School spreads across 5.2 acres and includes advanced classrooms, labs, sports areas, and digital learning systems.
The state spent nearly ₹16 crore on the project and used German technology to modernize the campus. Education Minister Nara Lokesh is expected to inaugurate the school in June. The campus has two academic blocks with 40 classrooms for students from Classes 1 to Intermediate level.
Students will get access to physics, chemistry, biology, and computer labs along with an Atal Tinkering Lab and a modern library. The school also features a football ground, 200-meter running track, indoor stadium, amphitheater, dining hall, RO plant, and children’s park. Authorities installed 40 CCTV cameras to improve campus security.
