Former YSRCP MLA Bolla Brahmanaidu appeared before Cyberabad Police in connection with the Gandipet Land Encroachment Case. Police recently arrested him in Tamil Nadu and brought him to Hyderabad for further investigation.
In the Gandipet Land Encroachment Case, officers recorded his statement at the Hyderabad Police Commissioner’s Office. Investigators also examined his alleged dealings with the families of Veldi Radhakrishna and Nimmala Dasarath.
Police allege that Brahmanaidu attempted to grab 9.28 acres of land located in Survey Number 18 at Gandipet. The investigation focuses on several property-related transactions linked to the disputed land.
Officials also questioned him about dealings with a YSRCP leader from Kadapa. The interrogation continued for several hours as police gathered details about the land dispute and financial transactions.
After recording his statement, police prepared to present Bolla Brahmanaidu before the Upparapalli Court for further legal proceedings. The case remains under investigation, and authorities are examining all aspects of the alleged land encroachment.
