A Secret Drug Factory Busted Near Hyderabad operation has exposed a major narcotics network on the outskirts of the city. Telangana Eagle Force and local police conducted a raid at a mango orchard in Abdullapurmet and arrested two suspects involved in illegal drug manufacturing.
Officials seized 750 grams of mephedrone worth around ₹50 lakh. They also recovered drug-making equipment, raw materials, and a car. The total value of the seized assets is estimated at nearly ₹1 crore.
The main accused, Kesari Matsyagiri, allegedly operated with an interstate drug syndicate for several years. Investigators said he previously worked as a chemist before entering the narcotics trade. He also faces charges linked to robbery and murder cases.
Police revealed that the accused disguised the illegal unit as a facial glow powder manufacturing facility. The Secret Drug Factory Busted Near Hyderabad was reportedly operating from a shed inside the orchard.
Authorities are searching for other members of the network and have urged citizens to report information related to drug activities.
