Anant Singh, the powerful Mokama MLA, is currently in Beur Jail, Patna, due to a murder case from the 2025 Bihar assembly elections. Some reports suggest the video was shot at IGIMS Hospital, where Singh visits for regular health check-ups.
Other RJD leaders, including Ejaz Ahmed, questioned why BJP and JDU have not responded to the video. They demanded strict enforcement of no-smoking rules in public hospitals.
There is no official confirmation yet that the video was recorded in a hospital or that Singh was actually smoking. Despite this, the clip continues to circulate online, fueling political debates in Bihar.
